No additional charges are requested for Vehicle delivery at the airport, or deliveries to an address or to an hotel, which are services not priced automatically but part of our ordinary services.
No additional charges are or could be requested on top of the price generated by the system after your reservation is approved. .....!
1- Fuel spent is paid by the customer. Vehicles will be brought back with the same amount of fuel as they were picked up.
2- For the security of our customers our vehicles are equipped with GPS transmitter

4- For a faster check out process please remember to bring a copy of your driver license and passport.
5- Early booking will not be affected from any price increase as it will be mutually confirmed.

ACTUAL CAR RENTAL INSURANCE INFO
The driver is 22 years old and have a valid driver license for minimum 2 years.
1-Our vehicles have 3rd party liability insurance as required by the High Way Traffic Code.
2-You are not required to pay any additional premium for this insurance, because it is incleded in the price quoted.
3-Compensation amounts for any legal liabilities arising out of accidents where third parties are harmed are limited to the figures as covered by the mandatory third party liability insurance policy and as they might qualify to such. Any legal liability involving figures above such belongs to the customer.
4-Any accident should be reported immediately unless the customer has a condition preventing him/her to do so provable by doctor report
5-Under no circumstances damaged vehicle will not be intervened without getting an accident report from the officials at the accident location and without informing Actual Car Rental.
6-You are required to report to our company, latest by 48 (fourty eight) hours,technical accident report, determination minutes, alcohol report from the closest authorities to the accident location (Traffic or local police in the cities, gendarmerie in the rural areas),a copy of the customer´s driver license and the other party´s driver license, registration papers, insurance policy copies, contact address and phone number, name, address and phone numbers of any witnesses and any similar documents and info
